• These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

Products & Services

JiaShaanti offers handcrafted sarees, ethnic apparel, accessories, and related fashion products for personal use or gifting only .

This Website does not support wholesale or resale purchases.

Product images are for representation purposes only:

• Actual size, color, and detailing may vary due to screen settings, photography, and craftsmanship.

• Partial images may be shown to highlight design details.

Such variations are not considered defects.

User Registration

• Users may register to create an account or proceed via guest checkout.

• Registration requires accurate personal information including name, email, contact number, and address.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are placed by adding products to cart and completing payment via approved payment gateways.

• JiaShaanti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, quality issues, payment failure, or operational reasons.

• In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days .

• We do not store credit/debit card details. Payment data is handled securely by authorized gateways.

• Any unauthorized use of payment methods is the sole responsibility of the user.

Product Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement:

• You may choose an alternate product, pay the price difference (if applicable), or

• Receive a refund or store credit (based on payment method and location).

International wire transfer refunds are not supported; store credit will be issued instead.

Pricing

• All products are handcrafted and priced based on design complexity, material, artisan skill, and demand.

• Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice.

• In case of pricing errors, JiaShaanti reserves the right to correct or cancel affected orders.

Advance / Part Payments

• Certain orders may allow part payment at our discretion.

• Balance payment must be completed before dispatch.

• Failure to pay within the stipulated time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of advance (after deductions, if applicable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

• The customer is the “Importer of Record”.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and local levies must be borne by the recipient.

• JiaShaanti is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or regulatory requirements.

• Required identification or documentation must be provided by the recipient to customs authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically shipped within 7 business days , unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery timelines vary based on location, customization, and courier partners.

• Shipping address changes are allowed only before dispatch and within the same country.

• Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability may incur re-shipping charges.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges Only — No Returns

Not eligible for exchange:

• Customized, altered, stitched, or tailored products

• Sale or promotional items

• Products with fall pico, tassels, blouse stitching

• Blouses, blouse materials, fitted or readymade garments

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days , subject to:

• Exchange request within 24 hours of delivery

• Product unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact

• Only one exchange per product

Color variation due to screen or photography differences is not a valid reason for exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in case of product non-availability.

• Domestic refunds: credited via original payment method

• International payments: store credit issued (as per regulations)

   

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Products are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

• JiaShaanti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

• No indemnification is provided for intellectual property claims arising from product use.

Colour Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, weave, texture, and finish are inherent to handcrafted products and are not defects.

Force Majeure

JiaShaanti shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply disruptions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India .
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
